We are Medical Practice & Management Partners, Inc. (MP2) thank you for allowing us to share with you some information about our company.  As a result of many failures in the past by other practice management and consulting companies we, at MP2, think we have a better solution. We hope you find our process refreshing, comprehensive, and different than the others.  We believe that physicians and business management teams can actually have a successful partnership.  Not in the traditional sense as equity owners necessarily, but in a way where we all come together with a common vision and common goal that enables physicians and business managers to experience a successful outcome.  We believe that the hospital institution can be a successful part of this mix as well.  You see, management has no success if the practice that it partners with is not successful.  It takes a relationship.

Our extensive on-site presence and the associated activities is one of our ‘keys to success’ and should demonstrate our high level of commitment to you in successfully completing the project.  Consistent communication while on-site with you during the initial due diligence, in plan development, and in the implementation phases by MP2 project leadership is of significant importance.  To ensure that all members are fully aware of the direction that the project is going, we insist on a high level of commitment, communication, and participation by you.
